I loved having Thais on the show. She has had a whirlwind of growth with her young business being just about a year and a half old and already hitting 600k! Her story is incredible and I know this is only the beginning for her!

One of the most difficult parts about starting any business is when you need to overcome your inner battles. 

Thais shares what it was like for her to do just that. She talks about how the mental game was a tough-won battle.

Despite her own extensive work in sales, she faced struggles like many of us:

• Lack of confidence
• Plaguing inner-doubts
• Fear of rejection 

So how did she overcome these fears? 

You have to face the fear. Only by overcoming the fear obstacles in your way will you be able to move forward and onward to your exciting potential! 

Ruth Soukup says it this way, “Do it scared”, and that’s the motto Thais has clung to. 

Another way to overcome your fears is to do a lot of truthful, honest, self-talk.

When you are able to work through those inner doubts and root out those deep fears, you can move on to building a business you love!

Is Niching down really worth it?

I love how Thais talks about going from a general VA to niching within a very male-dominated industry!

We dive into how her unique background in construction paved the way for her to guide her business into working with roofers. 

Thais shares that niching her business was by far the best thing her company could have done. 

After onboarding a roofer and seeing the greater need in the industry, she shares how her company just fell in love with the industry.

You don’t find your niche, your niche finds you. 

But knowing what you love, knowing what kind of industry gets you going, that’s how you’ll discover the niche that’s just waiting for you to jump in!
